Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy M14 4G comes in a similar design package as its 5G counterpart. Matter of fact, it has a similar design to any other Galaxy phone with vertically aligned camera cutouts. It has a monotone finish, comes in a plastic body, and ships in Arctic Blue, and Sapphire Blue colours.
In the meantime, the front has a 6.72-inch display with a PLS LCD panel. The screen spans FHD+ in resolution while offering a 90Hz refresh rate. Specs-wise, it’s decent enough, however, the screen is surrounded by thick bezels which look not at all appealing at this point.
Performance and the rest
The 5G variant of Samsung Galaxy M14 goes with the company’s in-house Exynos 1330 chipset under its hood, the 4G-only option has opted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. While this does compromise 5G connectivity, you gain better optimisation out of it. On top of that, it packs either 4GB or 6GB RAM. Similarly, you also get two options of storage at 64GB and double that i.e. 128GB. You get the full Samsung experience with OneUI on top of Android 13.
In the optics department, you get a 50MP main camera coupled with a 2MP macro shooter and another 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it houses a 13MP camera that doubles down as the face scanner. For further security, you get a fingerprint sensor mounted on the power button. The Samsung Galaxy M14 4G packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 25W of fast charging.
