Samsung is gearing up for the release of the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series, with the Edge variant set to join the lineup later in 2025.

The Galaxy S25 Edge aims to deliver a sleek, compact design without harming camera performance. Samsung has incorporated its Advanced Lens on Plastic (ALoP) technology, which reduces the thickness of the camera module while maintaining impressive optical quality. This innovation addresses earlier concerns regarding the potential space limitations in the Edge variant.

Performance

Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be powered by the latest chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. It will likely offer 8GB or 12GB of RAM, with storage options ranging from 128GB to 512GB. Moreover, it will run on Android 15 with One UI 7.0.

Camera

The camera setup for the Galaxy S25 Edge has been revealed, showcasing a powerful dual setup. This camera likely uses Samsung’s Isocell HP5 sensor, slightly smaller than the HP2 sensor found in the S24 Ultra. Additionally, the device will feature a 12MP ultrawide camera.s
