Design

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (2020) feels premium because of its aluminum build. The tablet measures 7.0mm in thickness and weighs around 476 grams. You can choose between three color options: Dark Gray, Silver, and Gold. However, being a two-year-old model you may not have the freedom to choose a color.

Display

Over on the front, there is a 10.4-inch LCD panel with a WUXGA resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. The bezels around the screen are quite thick which reduces the possibility of accidental touches. You can even notice the front-facing camera which is positioned in landscape orientation.

Performance

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 (2020) packs the Snapdragon 662 processor which is based on an 11nm processor. The tablet is available with 3GB RAM. However, you can choose between 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. If this is not enough, you still have the option of expanding the storage up to 1TB using an external microSD card slot.

Audio

On the audio front, Samsung has included quad-stereo speakers on the Galaxy Tab A7 (2020). There is also the option to enable Dolby Atmos.

Battery

Coming to the battery, it packs a 7,040mAh battery which should last you through 13 hours of web browsing on a full charge. Though the tablet supports fast charging of up to 15 hours, you will have to spend a little extra to make use of it as there is no 15W charger in the box.

Others

There are a total of two cameras on the Galaxy Tab A7 (2020). The one on the back features an 8MP with autofocus. It is housed inside a rectangular island and there is no LED flash accompanying it. On the opposite side, you get a 5MP selfie camera that is also used for biometrics.
