Build quality and display

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 gets a hinge redesign to improve durability along with updated internals to fit a larger vapor chamber. The weight has also been reduced to now only weighing 239 grams (previously 253 grams in Fold 5). The Fold 6 is now IP48 dust and water resistant, which makes it capable of handling small dust particles.

This processor is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM as well as 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of internal storage. The device boots on Galaxy's One UI 6.1.1, which is based on Android 14.
