Realme 16 Pro Series launching on January with persicope camera and 7000mAh battery

Realme is one of the few companies that offer design variations across most of its new iterations. Things are going in the same direction with the upcoming Realme 16 Pro Series, which will bring a unique yet inspired design language and flagship-grade features. Without further ado, let's hop into all the rumors and leaks surrounding the Realme 16 Pro Series.

Realme 16 Pro Series Rumors

Design and Display

This series will include two siblings—the Realme 16 Pro and 16 Pro+. Notably, both are being designed by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. In case you are scratching your head, Mr. Fukasawa is the same guy who's behind the design of Realme X2 Pro Master Edition, X50 5G Master, and FT Explorer Master. The promo images showcase a glossy camera module that looks like an inverted OnePlus 15's module. 

But it does look elegant with a bio-based organic silicone material made from plant-based straw, a curved golden middle frame, and aesthetics. While the rest of the world will have Master Gold and Master Grey Editions, our neighbour India is enjoying two more: Camellia Pink and Orchid Purple. 

Realme hasn't spoken a thing about displays, but it's pretty easy to guess. Both phones will likely have an AMOLED panel with a fast 120Hz refresh rate.  

Camera

Regarding the optics, the Realme 16 Pro Series will feature a triple camera setup. A 200MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a periscope telephoto camera with a 3.5X optical zoom will headline it. The promo image also mentions AI Edit Genie 2.0, which should offer a bunch of cool AI features for both siblings.

Performance and Others

Well, Realme has decided to keep the curtains shut on the performance section. However, it has been broadly stated that it will be a Snapdragon processor. And the promo page even compared it to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and says, it's more powerful. It might be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Just a wild guess!

Likewise, both phones will boot on Realme UI 7.0 based on Android 16 out of the box. A sizeable 7,000 mAh battery is poised to power both siblings.
