      Redmi Monitor G25

After the recent launch of the Redmin Monitor G25 200Hz, Xiaomi has now introduced its 2026 edition with 240Hz and 300Hz variants, expanding to its affordable G-series gaming displays. These new monitors are not only about the high refresh rate, but they also come with higher resolution, a nice 100% sRGB of color gamut… all the while costing less than USD 110 for the 300Hz variant. So in this article, I will talk about the Redmi G25 300Hz in more detail, including its specifications and expected price in Nepal.

      Redmi Monitor G25 300Hz Overview:

      Display

Starting with the display, the Redmi G25 300Hz features a 24.5-inch Fast IPS panel with a wide 178-degree viewing angle and a standard FHD resolution. I’ve already mentioned how it’s got a super-fast 300Hz refresh rate, but besides that, this budget monitor also covers 100% of sRGB and 95% of DCI-P3 color space with an impressive ΔE < 2 color accuracy. So whether you’re a casual gamer or even a beginner at color-sensitive work like graphic designing, this could be the exact budget monitor you’ve been dreaming of.

Additionally, the Redmi G25 monitor can reach up to 400 nits of peak brightness (with VESA HDR 400 certification), and it supports 8-bit color depth. Meaning it can reproduce up to 16 million colors. There’s also support for NVIDIA’s G-SYNC and AMD’s FreeSync tech for a stutter-free gaming experience and a ridiculously fast 1ms response time.

All in all, while this monitor is primarily marketed as a gaming monitor because of its 300Hz refresh rate, they make a perfect option for budget-conscious content creators too.

      Build quality

In terms of build quality, the Redmi G25 300Hz features a combination of plastic and metal materials with a minimalist, 3-sided borderless design. It’s also pretty slim if you are thinking of building a dual monitor setup for work or another purpose.

Likewise, the Redmi G25 300Hz also offers tilt adjustment and wall mounting options, giving you the flexibility to lean the screen forward or backward, as well as bolt it to the wall according to your needs. It connects via either a DisplayPort 1.4 or an HDMI 2.0 port, and there’s also a joystick-like OSD (On Screen Display) at the back.
