The Vivo X200T shares the same specifications as the X200s

Following the success of the X200 series, Vivo officially launched the Vivo X200T in India yesterday. While the X300 series has already been launched, with X300 Ultra pending, Vivo seems to have decided on a short break and create a more affordable take on the X200 formula. This article covers everything about the Vivo X200T, including its price in Nepal, full specifications, and availability.
Vivo X200T Overview
Design and Display

Design-wise, the phone has exactly the same look as the X200 series with a flat-sided metal frame with glass on both sides. Vivo also gave it IP68 dust and water resistance, plus IP69 certification. It measures 8mm in thickness and weighs 203 g in Seaside Lilac or 205 g in Stellar Black. So, overall, the design is clean and symmetrical, but doesn’t particularly stand out next to other recent flagships.
Vivo put a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel here, branded as ZEISS Color Master, which pulls off vibrant visuals with 10-bit color depth. Meanwhile, It runs at 120 Hz, and hits 5,000 nits peak local brightness (1,600 nits HBM). For protection, you are getting the usual Schott Xensation Core glass. For low-light use, it has 2160 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and a DC-like mode.
Performance
The Dimensity 9400+ is the same chip that appeared in last year’s Oppo Find X8 / Find X8 Pro and Vivo X200s. It's also not that different than the regular D9400, which also featured on the regular X200 and X200 Pro. It’s a 3 nm MediaTek design with an octa-core CPU topping out at 3.73 GHz. Vivo pairs it with 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and either 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. On the software side, you are getting Android 16-based OriginOS 6 with five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches promised. And other than that, there’s also a virtual graphics card feature that upscales game resolution and adds frame interpolation.

Camera

The camera system is all ZEISS-tuned with T coating, which apparently reduces flare and features Bionic Spectrum Technology 2.0, which is supposed to provide “true-to-life” colors across shots. It's a triple 50MP rear array: the main Sony IMX921 sensor (1/1.56-inch, f/1.57 aperture, OIS) captures daylight and low-light images, the 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto handles 3x optical zoom up to 70mm focal length with 100x HyperZoom and even 20x telephoto macro for close-ups, and finally we have 50MP Samsung JN1 (1/2.76-inch, f/2.0, 15mm) for ultrawide shots. The front camera is a 32 MP fixed-focus unit (1/3.44″, f/2.0).
Battery and Charging
For the battery, you are getting a 6,200 mAh battery that uses third-generation silicon anode tech. It is supported by a 90W wired charger and a 40W wireless charger. Oh by the way, bypass charging is also included.
