      Xiaomi New Service Centers Overview:

      Opening Offers

All three service centers are operated by TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd., a company under Ramesh Corp. TeleDirect has long been Xiaomi's official distributor in Nepal outside the Kathmandu Valley. To mark the launch, Xiaomi is offering special opening promotions for customers in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod for one month from the opening date.

These include free servicing for all devices, free software upgrades, up to 25% discounts on out-of-warranty spare parts and repair services, and no service charges on out-of-warranty spare parts.

      Words from the Official

      Skilled Technicians

Xiaomi says, each service center is staffed with skilled technicians trained to Xiaomi’s official standards, capable of handling everything from basic troubleshooting to complex repairs. Customers are encouraged to visit their nearest center for consultations, repairs, and reliable after-sales support.

      My Two Cents

Since Xiaomi phones are very popular in Nepal, adding service centers in new locations is a strategic move. Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod are well-known places and the headquarters of Makwanpur, Tanahu, and Jhapa, respectively. The presence of a service centre in the home district will be very convenient for both shopkeepers and customers to claim warranty and arrange repairs.
