ZTE Watch GT launched with GPS and heatmap feature for footballers

Yesterday, ZTE held an event to announce its latest custom UI and a new smartphone lineup. In the same event, it also launched a new smartwatch called ZTE Watch GT. In this post, we will take a look at the specs, features, expected price, and availability of the ZTE Watch GT in Nepal.

The ZTE Watch GT features a round display that measures 1.19-inch and has a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels. ZTE has used an AMOLED panel here with a 2.5D curved surface for additional protection. The watch case is made up of aluminum and weighs only 30 grams. There are two buttons on the right side of the watch. Users can pick from five different colors of the band. You can choose from a variety of watch faces or even make a custom watch face of your own. Overall, the ZTE Watch GT is very sporty in looks. It also comes with 5ATM certification against water damage.

Fitness and Health Tracking

Like with other smartwatches, the ZTE Watch GT supports 24-hour heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, and sleep tracking. Additionally, there are 16 different sports such as cycling, basketball, yoga, swimming, and others. The watch has a built-in GPS sensor to track speed and movement more accurately. It can record exercise duration, speed, calories burnt, and other data in real-time. There is an extra feature for all those who play football. ZTE Watch GT can track your position in the field and create a heatmap based on that information. Users can use this to analyze their playing style and improve their gameplay.

The watch features a 420mAh battery and promises up to 15 days of endurance on normal usage. In battery saving mode, its battery can last for up to 23 days. Other features of the watch include smart notifications, remote camera shutter, sedentary reminder, and multimedia control.
