Acer Aspire 14 AI (2025) launched in Nepal with Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor

Acer recently introduced the Aspire 14 AI, a 14-inch laptop series powered by the latest Intel Lunar Lake and AMD Ryzen AI processors globally. The Intel variant of these laptops is now available in Nepal. The laptops offer AI-focused features and the latest processors in a compact form factor. Display options

The Aspire 14 AI offers OLED and IPS display panels. The OLED version features a 14-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits brightness. Whereas, the IPS display featuring models, which just got official in Nepal features 60Hz display with 300 nits brightness. The OLED models supports 100% DCI-P3 and HDR TrueBlack 500, whereas the IPS options either come with full sRGB or 45% NTSC color coverage.

Processor options

The Acer Aspire 14 AI 2025 comes in both Intel and AMD variants. Intel models are equipped with Core Ultra 5 and Ultra 7 chips from the Lunar Lake lineup. AMD variants offer Ryzen AI 5 and Ryzen AI 7 processors with integrated Radeon graphics. The laptop uses an aluminum chassis and supports 180° hinge rotation. This design improves flexibility and durability. The laptop includes up to 32GB LPDDR5x RAM. Additionally, it supports up to 1TB PCIe SSD for storage.

AI features and software

Both variants support Microsoft Copilot+ PC features. In addition, Acer includes tools such as Acer Sense, Acer Assist, PurifiedVoice 2.0, and PurifiedView 2.0. Furthermore, Acer VisionArt and LiveArt 2.0 are available for creative and productivity tasks.

Connectivity and battery

Intel and some AMD models support Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Other AMD models support Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Intel models offer up to 26.5 hours of video playback on a 65 Whr battery. AMD models provide up to 18.5 hours of playback.

Ports and expansion

The Aspire 14 AI features two USB4 Type-C ports and two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one with Power Share. In addition, it includes HDMI 2.1 output, a microSD card reader, and a 3.5 mm combo audio jack. The laptop comes with an FHD IR webcam with Windows Hello. Furthermore, it includes a Microsoft Pluton security chip and a physical privacy shutter.
