The American audio equipment manufacturer, Bose has launched a new pair of headphones under the moniker “QueitComfort Ultra”. In this article, we will be discussing more about the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, their availability, price in Nepal, and so on.

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones Overview

Design

The QuietComfort Ultra is an over-ear headphone made with ‘luxe materials’ to provide you with “max comfort”. Bose claims that their headphone is “like a soft hug for your ears” and provides you with “a fit one can’t get from other headphones”. They also say that the product has an “elevated design” and it “makes a statement”.

The product is made of plastic, aluminium, and leather (protein). The case is made from hard plastic while the ear cushions (removable) are made from protein leather. The bridge between the headrest and the headphone casing seems to feature aluminium. The headphones are adjustable too. They measure 19.56 cm x 13.97 cm x 5.08 cm and weigh 0.25 kg. They are available in Black and White Smoke colours.

Audio and features

The QuietComfort Ultra Headphones sport the Snapdragon Sound platform providing “lossless and low latency capabilities”. These headphones also support Qualcomm’s aptX Adaptive audio codec. Bose says you can “experience what it means to get the most natural sounding music ever” with its Bose Immersive Audio. You also get spatial audio features along with “CustomTune” that analyses your ear and adapts the sound accordingly.

Moreover, these headphones provide “world-class” noise cancellation with ANC, echo reduction, and adjustable noise canceling. They call it the “Quiet Mode”, when your ANC is turned on and “Aware Mode” otherwise. QuietComfort Ultra headphones apparently have a built-in “revolutionary mic system” for clearer calls. They also have the “Bose Music App” companion app for added customisation.

Battery and Connectivity

We do not have the exact numbers on the battery capacity of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. However, the company promises 24 hours of battery life which you can get from 3 hours of charge time. You can charge the device using a USB Type-C port.
