Human Mobile Devices, popularly known as HMD, has launched a phone made for kids. Dubbed the XploraOne Mini, this little thing is designed as a kid-friendly gadget, co-developed with Norwegian brand Xplora. Design and Display
In terms of display, the XploraOne Mini takes some cues from the HMD Touch 4G phone, unveiled a while ago. It doesn't have sharp edges but goes for an overall curved look. While, the weight is pretty light at just 100 grams. On the back, there is a small camera with an LED flash below. Upfront, you are greeted with a tiny 3.2-inch touchscreen boasting a 320 x 240 resolution.

Performance and Features
Under the hood, there is a Unisoc T127 ARM chip, which is a pretty barebones processor, used in feature phones. As a kid's phone, this device doesn't have an app store or social media apps. Yes, no TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. It doesn't have a web browser either. Instead, it offers a parents setting up the XploraOne Mini for their child. These involve limiting when specific contacts can be called and keeping track of all photos taken and calendar events.

Camera, Battery, and Others
As a basic phone, you get a 2MP camera on the optics side, which falls well short of 2025 standards. Still being a kids' phone, it's totally understandable. Meanwhile, fueling this tiny device is a 1950mAh battery. Connectivity features include 4G and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
