    HONOR has announced its latest mid-range contender, the HONOR X70, in China. The device features a large 6.79-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, and up to 12GB of RAM. In this article, let’s discuss its price, specifications, and more!

    Honor X70 Overview:

    Design and Display

    Talking about the Design, it keeps things slim and light, staying under 8mm thick and weighing just under 200 grams, despite having a large battery. It has a flat frame with rounded edges, making it comfortable to hold and use throughout the day. It is available in colours like Cinnabar Red, Bamboo Green, Moon White, and Midnight Black, offering a simple but modern look.

    It has a 6.79-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, making scrolling and animations look silky smooth. Its display gets very bright, up to 6000 nits, which helps when using the phone outdoors in strong sunlight. The display also supports 100% DCI-P3 colour, so videos and photos appear vibrant and clear. With high-frequency PWM dimming, it is also easier on the eyes during longer use. The in-display fingerprint sensor also blends into the front, while the back design remains clean without unnecessary elements.

    Talking about the performance, it houses a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 offering reliable performance for everyday tasks like browsing, social media, and video streaming. It uses an octa-core setup with a clock speed of up to 2.3GHz, paired with the Adreno 810 GPU for handling graphics smoothly. The phone runs on MagicOS 9.0, based on Android 15, providing a clean interface with useful features for daily use.
