How to check the balance on Ncell?
1. Via USSD
The first and easiest way to check your balance on Ncell is by USSD. USSD refers to the numeric code you enter between an asterisk and a hash. Thus, the following is the method you can follow to check the balance on Ncell:
- Open Dialler
- Enter *101# or *901#
- Call and that’s it!
2. Via SMS
The next way you can check your balance on Ncell is via SMS. Follow these steps:
- Open Messages app
- Put in 90011 as the receiver
- SMS a blank space
- You’ll receive all the information about your balance as well as subscription service on the following SMS
3. Through the app
You can check how much balance you have through the Ncell app as well. Having the app on your phone is always a good idea as it also offers additional functionalities and is easier to operate. Additionally, you can even use this app when you are not connected to the internet, though the functions are limited. Here is the process:
When Online
- Open the Ncell app
- You can see your balance status right on the front dashboard
When Offline
- Open the Ncell app
- You will receive a “Connection Interrupted!” message
- Click OK
- You will now be redirected to the app’s offline dashboard
- Click the first option i.e. Check Balance
- You can now see your balance
4. On a computer (via website)
Ncell even allows you to operate on their platform via their website. This comes in handy when you are working on your computer, and the conditions aren’t favourable for you to hop to your phone. Here’s how to check your Ncell balance on a computer (via their website):
- Open the browser of your choice
- Go to https://www.ncell.com.np
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right
- Login to your Ncell account
(If you do not have an Ncell account, you will have to Sign Up first) - You will be redirected to the Ncell Selfcare Dashboard
- You can see your Account Balance just below your SIM information
