Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 launched with Snapdragon CPUs and Touch display!

In terms of design, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 retains Lenovo's signature ThinkPad aesthetic with its sleek black finish and minimalist design. The laptop features a premium build, with a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) top cover and either an aluminum or magnesium bottom chassis. 

Despite its durable build, the laptop only weighs 1.16 kg and measures 18.56 mm thick, offering high portability and making it ideal for students, professionals, or frequent travelers.

On the front, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 features a 14-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. 

Lenovo here offers two display options: a 400-nit non-touch panel with an anti-glare coating and 45% NTSC color coverage, or a 500-nit touchscreen panel with 100% sRGB color gamut.
 

Under the hood, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon X2 series processors. The device is available with either the Snapdragon X2 Elite or Snapdragon X2 Plus chipset.

The flagship Snapdragon X2 Elite packs 12 CPU cores with a boost clock of up to 4.7GHz, while the Snapdragon X2 Plus features 6 CPU cores and clocks up to 4.0GHz. Both processors are paired with the Qualcomm Adreno GPU and a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU capable of delivering up to 80 TOPS of AI performance.

The laptop includes up to 32GB LPDDR5x 9523 MT/s RAM. Additionally, it comes with a 1TB PCIe SSD for storage.

Connectivity and Ports

For port selection, we have one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port and two USB 4 ports (40 Gbps). We also get HDMI 2.1 for 4K at 60Hz output and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.

Similarly, for wireless connectivity, we get Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. For security features, you get the typical fingerprint scanner, TPM 2.0 chip, and a Kensington Nano Security Slot.

Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 (2026) Price in Nepal and Availability 

The ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 is currently available in selected overseas markets. In the UK, the Snapdragon X2 Plus model with 16GB RAM and a 256GB SSD starts at £1,909 (around NPR 355,000). Meanwhile, the Snapdragon X2 Elite variant with 32GB RAM and a 256GB SSD is priced at £2,500 (around NPR 465,000).
