Motorola has unveiled the Moto G15 Power alongside the regular Moto G15. While the G15 Power focuses on offering a larger battery and slight design variations, the standard Moto G15 has its own set of features, which we’ve covered in a separate article. Display and Design
The Moto G15 Power features a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It offers a 60Hz refresh rate and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The phone measures 165.67 x 75.98 x 8.8 mm and weighs 203g. It also includes IP54 certification for dust and splash resistance. The Moto G15 Power includes a 3.5mm audio jack and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. For security, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Performance
The device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor. This chipset includes dual 2GHz Cortex-A75 cores and six 1.7GHz Cortex-A55 cores, along with an ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU for handling graphics.The Moto G15 Power is equipped with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and comes in three storage options: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. Users can expand the storage up to 1TB via a microSD card.
The phone features a dual-camera setup at the back, including a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear cameras are supported by an LED flash. On the front, there’s an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The standout feature of the Moto G15 Power compare to the vanilla Moto G15 is its 6000mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging.
