      nubia V80 Max Overview

      Display and Design

The phone bears a resemblance to Samsung’s Galaxy S series, particularly with its similar-looking camera module. The flat frames also give it an uncanny premium look. However, it’s not all roses, as the bezels are quite thick.

On the front, it features a 6.9-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It’s has a peak brightness of 780 nits. Nubia has also focused on durability here, and claims a 360-degree all-around protection and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

      Performance and AI Features

The V80 Max is powered by the UNISOC T7250 chipset. Its a budget chipset that can handle basic tasks but nothing more than that. Other than that, the device also includes what the brand calls “One-Swipe AI Memory.” For those who travel a lot, especially in rural areas with poor reception, Nubia has provided a feature called "Nubia Linkfree," which basically allows for calls and texts even without a cellular signal using Bluetooth within a certain range. The company also claims the phone will maintain a smooth user experience for up to 50 months.

      Camera and Battery

The camera setup is also very basic. A 50MP main camera has become a standard these days, which, in itself, should be obvious by this point, as it amounts to absolutely nothing. And like others, it also has a 50MP rear camera system, but it also features a 16MP front-facing sensor. ZTE has provided features like gesture snap.  It does have a big battery with a size of 6000mAh, and you also get a free 22.5W charger in the box. Surprisingly, it also supports bypass charging.
