And according to rumors, this new smartphone might not be so “new” after all, being a potential rebrand instead. The OnePlus Nord N30 SE is not a “new” phone per se but has been rebranded with a new name. It has identical specs to the OnePlus Nord N30 (US) and Nord CE 3 lite (India).

Model and Marketing Name

The new name is merely updated with “SE” which generally stands for “Special Edition”. The Indian variant carries ‘CE’ in its name too which is an abbreviation for Core Edition. Hence, the distinction between the two. The exact purpose of this rebranding is still unknown, but the internet remarks it is to create a buzz around the market as the launch date of the OnePlus 12 is around the corner.

The Nord N30 SE got its certification from the TDRA in the UAE. The certification confirms the phone’s name and gives us its model number as well: CPH2605.
