This smartwatch can detect hypertension and NFC.

Oppo has launched its Watch X3 along with the Find N6 foldable flagship, which is the direct successor of the Watch X2. In this wearable, the new addition is the blood glucose sensor along with a feature to detect hypertension. This article will cover all the details, including Oppo Watch X3 price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.
Oppo Watch X3 Overview
Design and Display
The Oppo Watch X3's design evolves, shifting to a titanium alloy frame instead of the stainless steel frame we saw on the Watch X2. Here, X3 has managed to keep its footprint at 47.4mm while feeling noticeably more premium due to opting for a different frame material. The thing that remains the same as last is its circular build with 11mm thickness. So, the build is pretty premium, I must say. Similarly, the weight is 43 grams, which should be light enough for daily use, but it will gain just enough heft to feel substantial over time.
As per Oppo, this device is 16% lighter and 6.4% thinner. Furthermore, you get an IP68/IP69 rating on this watch, making it suitable for gym sessions and rain.

One of the key upgrades in X3 is a 36% brighter LTPO AMOLED display compared to X2, with a peak brightness of 3000 nits, up from 2200 nits. So, both indoor and outdoor readability shouldn't be a problem. Likewise, the only thing that remains from the older version on this device is the 466 x 466px resolution. We also get sapphire glass with a Mohs hardness rating of 8+ to protect the display.
Health Tracking Sensors and Training Modes
Moving on to the major upgrade, X3 is a blood glucose sensor that provides real-time readings and various health alerts. From this, you will be able to precisely monitor your blood pressure and treat it in time before any emergency. Moreover, other core health sensors remain the same as in X2, providing real-time data such as ECG, heart rate, sleep quality, and more. Making it a health-centric smartwatch.
Like before, we also get preset for over 100 sports that work for multiple training modes. From this, you can measure VO2 Max, recovery time, heart rate recovery, etc. It also has an AI coach that will provide proper guidance.
Performance and Software
It's interesting to see that Oppo has stuck with its Snapdragon W5 SoC, but they didn't specify whether this is the same chip as in the Watch X2. Further, we get 32GB of storage and 2GB of RAM on this device, which is decent enough for things like offline music and essential apps. Overall, performance should be snappy here.
On the software side, the move to ColorOS Watch 7.0 on top of Wear OS 5.0 should make the overall experience feel fresh and enhanced.

Battery and Connectivity
The difference we will notice is only in the build's thickness, not in the battery, which is the same as before at 646mAh, as seen last year. According to Oppo, you can use this wearable for 3 days under heavy use and 5 days under normal use. Furthermore, you can extend its battery life by 16 days with battery saver mode. You also get 7.5W charging with the device, which will fully charge your device in 75 minutes.

For connectivity, you get 4G eSIM with dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2. They are also giving NFC for easy access to cards and public transport. But it is not certain that this option is limited to China, or that they will offer the same feature in the global version as well.
