The POCO F7 comes in Cyber Silver, Frost White, and Phantom Black.

RAM options are 12GB, and storage is available in 512GB UFS 4.1 configurations, with no expandable storage slot.
The POCO F7 uses a 6,000 mm² vapor cooling chamber and a 3D IceLoop system with AI-backed temperature control. It also features WildBoost Optimization 3.0 to enhance gaming performance.

The rear cameras include a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with f/1.5 aperture, OIS, and a secondary 8MP ultrawide lens. The phone supports 4K video recording at 30 and 60 fps and slow-motion video up to 960 fps. The front camera is 20MP with HDR support and can record 1080p video.
Audio and Sensors
The POCO F7 offers dual stereo speakers and supports 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Res audio, including wireless Hi-Res audio. It lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors include an optical under-display fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and compass. The phone also has the Circle to Search AI tool.
