Display and Design
Honor X5 sports a 6.5-inch TFT LCD screen. It has a resolution of 720 x 1600 with an aspect ratio of 20:9. X5 has uniform bezels throughout with a raindrop notch which gives it a modern vibe.
It has a glass front with a plastic back and midframe. The back features a rectangular cutout for the camera and LED flash.
Processor and Memory
Under the hood, Honor X5 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G25 chipset which is a 12nm processor. It is an Octa-core processor with 4 Cortex A53 Cores at 2.0 GHz and the other 4 Cortex A53 Cores at 1.5 GHz.
As for memory, you get 2 GB RAM alongside 32 GB of storage. But you do get a micro SD slot to expand your storage up to 1 TB.
Cameras and Battery
Honor X5 has a single 8MP camera on its back with an aperture of f/2.0. Alongside that, there is also an LED flash to help with capturing low-light images.
On the front, there’s a 5 MP shooter of f/2.2 aperture. It can record up to 1080p videos at 30 fps.
You get a massive 5000 mAh Lithium Ion battery that can be charged via a micro USB 2.0 cable provided in the box.
