Last of the bunch, and the phone that was asked about the most, the Honor Play is known for intense performance and gameplay. It has a flagship-grade processor powering it and has similar aesthetics as well. This phone has a 6.3″ IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It features dual rear cameras comprising of a 16 MP primary shooter and a 2 MP depth sensor. Similarly, it also packs a 16 MP camera in the front. Powering the device is the Kirin 970 chipset, found in the likes of last year’s flagship phones like Huawei P20 Pro.

Also, it has 4 GB RAM to match with the powerful chipset. With a Mali G72 GPU and GPU Turbo Boost technology, it boasted about its gaming prowess as well. The phone may be comparable to the Pocophone F1 in some aspects. But, it costs higher in Nepal and that seems a bit too much to ask. For a similar price, we can get the Pocophone F1, whose performance is far better than this.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, we think the pricing of Honor seems a bit steep in the Nepali market, especially, when you compare it to Indian pricing. For example, Honor 9X is priced at INR 13,000 (Rs. 21,200), whereas in Nepal, the Honor 9X costs Rs. 28,999. Hence, it might cause Honor to lose a lot of Nepali fans. But in the meantime, do let us know if you will go for these phones or sit them out in the comments.
