Design and Display

Starting with the design, the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE follows a familiar Galaxy S-series design with a flat frame, glass back, and a vertically arranged triple-camera setup. It measures 7.4mm thick and weighs around 193 grams. The phone uses an aluminum alloy frame with Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection and comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It is available in Graphite, Pistachio, and Blueberry color options.

For the display, the S26 FE features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen reaches up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness and supports both 60Hz and 120Hz refresh-rate modes. It also features Samsung’s Vision Booster technology for improved outdoor visibility.

Performance and Software

Under the hood, the Galaxy S26 FE is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset, built on a 3nm process. It comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of non-expandable storage, providing enough headroom for everyday use, multitasking, and gaming. 

On the software side, the S26 FE runs Android 17 with Samsung’s One UI 9 out of the box. It also brings Galaxy AI features such as Photo Assist, Gemini Omni, Now Brief, Now Nudge, and an improved Circle to Search. Samsung promises seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates, giving the phone long-term software support.

Camera and Battery

For photography, the Galaxy S26 FE comes with a triple-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom. The front gets a 12MP camera for selfies and video calling.

In terms of battery, the phone packs a 4,9000mAh battery and supports 45W wired charging, with Samsung claiming up to 69% charge in around 30 minutes using a 45W adapter. It also supports wireless charging and wireless PowerShare for charging compatible devices.
