Alongside the Realme GT 2 series, Realme launched the Buds Air 3 at the MWC 2022 event back in March. It’s the successor to last year’s Buds Air 2. The Buds Air 3 has now landed in India and it's launching soon in Nepal too. In this article, we will look into the specs, features, availability, and expected price of Realme Buds Air 3 in Nepal.
Realme Buds Air 3 Overview:
Body
The Realme Buds Air 3 retains the same stem-style design as its predecessor. It supports touch controls to play/pause music, skip track, and switch noise control mode. Each bud is IPX5 rated for water resistance, however, the charging case lacks IP certification. Moreover, the Buds Air 3 is available in two color options—Galaxy White and Starry Blue.
The earbuds are fitted with 10mm dynamic bass boost drivers with an LCP diaphragm that offer punchy bass. It comes with dual noise-canceling microphones and an environmental noise cancellation algorithm to filter out background noises during calls.
Furthermore, it also supports Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 42dB—which the brand says is “Realme’s most powerful noise cancellation yet”. Similarly, the buds have a "De-Wind" design that improves noise cancellation. It's also TUV Rheinland certified for high noise-canceling performance.
You can choose between different ANC modes—Subway, Streets, Coffee Shop, and Airport—according to your need. Likewise, the Buds Air 3 offers an 88ms low-latency mode designed specifically for gamers and has support for dual-device connections.

In terms of battery life, the earbuds can provide 5.5 hours of music playback with ANC turned on. It can offer up to 30 hours of playback time in Normal mode with the charging case. Charging the case takes 100 minutes while you can charge the buds in around an hour. One can connect it to the smartphone via the Realme link app.
