No need to struggle to hide your screen from others, with Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Display, which offers the World's First Built-Privacy Display, powered by Flex Magic Pixel (FMP) technology.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's Privacy Display:
What is Privacy Display?
The Privacy Display uses innovative technology to protect your screen and keep the information displayed safe from prying eyes in public spaces. Think of it like an invisible shield for your screen.

Samsung's Flex Magic Pixel (FMP) technology, allows you to keep the screen content visible to yourself while obscuring it from others. With this, you can hide your entire screen or part of it, without compromising screen quality, by manually turning it on.
How Flex Magic Pixel (FMP) Works?
Unlike the other privacy stickers you find in local shops, Samsung's Flex Magic Pixel (FMP) is a built-in feature directly into its OLED display. The technology controls the direction light emitted from the screen.
The system includes dual-pixel:
Wide Pixel: These are designed for maximum visibility. In standard mode, both wide and narrow pixels work together to scatter light at wide angles, so you can see the screen clearly from different angles.
Narrow Pixel: Like the name suggests, these act like a digital spotlight. They are designed to beam light straight ahead so only you can see the screen. In privacy mode, the wide pixels dim or turn off completely, and only the narrow pixels remain active. This makes the screen appear dark or blurred to anyone looking from the side.

Is the Privacy Display Perfect? (The Catch)
Like every coin has two sides, this “magic” screen does come with a catch. While it is great for privacy, it isn't perfect. Here is what you can notice when using it.

Slightly Dimmer Screen: When you turn on Privacy Mode, the screen won't feel as bright as usual. This is because the phone is "turning off" some pixels to hide the view from others.
Texture on the Glass: If you look closely, the screen might look a tiny bit "grainy" or less smooth than older Samsung phones. This is due to the extra privacy layers built into the glass.
Narrower Viewing Angles: Even when Privacy Mode is OFF, the screen might look slightly different (a slight color change) if you tilt the phone at an extreme angle.
But one thing to note, this display feature is exclusively available on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, meaning Flex Magic Pixel technology is not available on the Galaxy S26, and Galaxy S26+.
