Samsung has launched its flagship series, leading upfront with the Galaxy Watch Ultra. It’s not the Watch7 Ultra, as some may call it; it’s just the Galaxy Watch Ultra. Design and Build
The Galaxy Watch Ultra features a rectangular housing with a circular watch face and bezel. Some might prefer to call it “Squircle”. There are three buttons on the side, with the middle one serving as a Quick Button for extra functionality. The watch is constructed with Titanium Grade 4 casing and is protected by sapphire crystal glass.
Display and Durability
The Galaxy Watch Ultra comes in a single 47mm size. It boasts a 1.5-inch 480x480px Super AMOLED display with up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. The sapphire crystal top ensures durability and scratch resistance.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra is designed for rugged use. It has 10ATM water resistance, IP68 dust resistance, and MIL-STD-810H certification for shock resistance. It can endure temperatures from +55°C to -20°C and altitudes up to 9000 meters above sea level and down to -500 meters below.

Battery Life and Performance
The watch is equipped with a 590mAh battery, providing up to 100 hours in Power Saving mode and 48 hours in Exercise Power Saving mode.
Inside, the Galaxy Watch Ultra houses the new Exynos W1000 chip. This 3nm chip offers a CPU that is three times faster than the W930 and is 30% more efficient. The watch also includes 2GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra features an AAC super-strong large-size X-axis motor, boasting a voluminous 680.4mm³. This motor stands out as the largest linear motor within the current Android consumer electronics market.
GPS and Tracking
The Galaxy Watch Ultra features dual-frequency GPS for precise tracking, even in dense urban environments. It can track 100 sports and multi-course workouts. The watch also offers FTP index tracking for cycling and a Race mode for runners, which compares current performance to past runs in real-time.
Health Features
The watch includes various health-tracking features. It has AI-enhanced tracking algorithms and an enhanced BioActive Sensor. It supports sleep apnea monitoring, irregular heart rhythm detection, ECG and blood pressure monitoring, and a skin temperature sensor for period projection. Additionally, it can perform advanced glycation tracking to monitor sugar levels and provide an AGEs Index for metabolic health.
