Soundcore R60i NC with LDAC codec support arrives in Malaysia

Soundcore has just launched their latest budget-friendly TWS earbuds, the Soundcore R60i NC. The successor to the R50i NC features notable changes and improvements. In this article, we will look at what this earbud offers as well as the Soundcore R60i NC price in Nepal.

Soundcore R60i NC Overview

Design

The Soundcore R60i NC follows Soundcore’s signature look, which now feels a bit more refined than the R50i NC. The clean, rounded shape somewhat resembles the Soundcore Liberty 5. The buds also receive an IP55 dust and splash-resistant rating. It also comes in 4 shades, as seen below.

Audio Quality and ANC

The buds use 11mm titanium-coated drivers and are Hi-Res certified. The most notable upgrade is definitely LDAC support, which is rare at this price. There have been significant improvements in ANC as well. The Soundcore R60i NC can now reduce ambient noise by up to 52dB, compared to 42dB in the R50i NC. Soundcore is even stating the ANC is now 3 times stronger in their advertisement. Moreover, it also features six mics that are said to be AI-powered.

Battery Life

The Soundcore R60i NC is said to provide 10 hours of playback time when you are not using ANC. This number reached 50 hours when we factor in the charging case. When the ANC is turned on, users get around 8 hours of playtime, which increases to 40 hours, adding the case. Soundcore also says a short 10-minute charge will give you roughly 3.5 hours of use.

Other than that, it provides numerous customisations through the Soundcore App. There is also a 50ms low-latency Game Mode for gamers. They also offer real-time translation as well as an AI assistant named “Anka” that can help you change volume and answer questions.
