Vivo X300 FE and X200T launching soon in India

Vivo is gearing up to launch two new devices in India. BIS certifications have revealed the Vivo X300 FE and X200T in the pipeline. Here in this article, we'll discuss the leaks and rumors surrounding the Vivo X300 FE and X200T.

Vivo X300 FE and X200T Rumors:

BIS Certifications

Bureau of Indian Standards, commonly known as BIS, has recently certified two Vivo phones. Identified by the names V2537 and V2561, these devices arethe X300 FE and X200T.

Vivo X300 FE 

The Vivo X300 FE will be a rebranded version of theVivo S50 Pro Mini. So, it's going to bear the compact body with an iPhone Air-like camera module. It will boast a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K display with a 120Hz refresh rate. 

Meanwhile, it will get a flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 internal storage. As a Vivo phone, the optics are going to be impressive. We are looking at a 50MP main sensor with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 3X periscope telephoto, and an 8MP ultrawide unit. Likewise, fueling the phone will be a 6500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support.

Vivo X200T

The Vivo X200T will be a rebrand of the Vivo X200, launched in April 2025. So, the X200T will showcase an identical Vivo X200 Pro-type design with a circular camera module in the center and a metal frame. Talking of the display, it will sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Vivo X200T will feature a larger 6,200 mAh silicon-carbon battery, surpassing other X200 variants, and will add 40W wireless charging, which the standard X200 doesn't offer. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, delivering slightly improved performance and efficiency, and will also feature IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance. The phone will ship with Android 15 and will receive up to four major Android updates, running Funtouch OS 15 internationally.

Vivo X300 FE and X200s Launch and Availability

At present, there is no official information on the launch timeline of the X300 FE and X200s, but if Vivo follows a similar pattern to the X200 FE, which was announced in July 2025, the X300 FE is likely to arrive around late January or February, keeping to a roughly six-month release cycle.
