      Design and Display

According to the latest leak from "Digital Chat Station", Vivo is expected to continue its premium design language with the X500 series. Here, the standard Vivo X500 is rumored to feature a compact 6.37-inch flat display, while the Vivo X500 Pro could adopt a relatively larger 6.85-inch flat panel. The panel is also reportedly manufactured using the LIPO packaging technology that will help to maintain the ultra-slim symmetrical bezel on all four sides of the phone.

In addition to that, these phones might also feature large rounded corners with an OLED panel. With this, Vivo is trying to bring both compact and larger display options for users in their flagship smartphone lineup. Both of these phones might also support a high refresh rate up to 144Hz so that the scrolling experience in this phone remain fluid and smooth.

      Performance and Software

Under the hood, the Vivo X500 is rumored to be powered by MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is expected to deliver noticeable improvement in both performance and power efficiency. Meanwhile, the Vivo X500 Pro is tipped to use MediaTek's next-generation flagship Dimensity 9600 series processor, positioning it as the most powerful option in the lineup. Both devices are expected to launch with Android 17-based OriginOS.

      Upgraded Camera module

Besides all, photography is once again expected to be one of Vivo's biggest priorities in this X500 series. Here, the Standard Vivo X500 is rumored to feature a 50MP main camera along with a periscope telephoto lens offering improved zoom capabilities compared to its Vivo X300. Similarly, the Vivo X500 Pro might include a triple camera setup with a 200MP primary and telephoto periscope lens paired with a 50MP LYT 383 ultrawide sensor.

Although the complete camera specifications are still under wraps, both smartphones are expected to continue with Vivo's strong focus on flagship photography.

      Battery, Charging and Other

Apart from all the aspects of the phone, the battery life in this X500 series is expected to come as the major upgrade. The rumors suggest that both phones might pack a massive 7000mAh battery with fast wired charging support, making them one of the largest batteries in a flagship smartphone. If these leaks turn out to be accurate, both smartphones could deliver significantly better battery life than the current X300 series.

Other than this, X500 and X500 Pro might come with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0 for wireless connectivity. In terms of audio, they are expected to retain the same stereo speakers with support for high-resolution audio that delivers an immersive multimedia experience.
