Xiaomi has unveiled its first-ever open-back earbuds, named Xiaomi Open Earphones. These earbuds feature a sleek-looking design and are packed with loads of features. Design

The Open Earphones adopt a familiar hook design that wraps around your ears for a comfortable fit. Inside the earbuds, flexible nickel-titanium alloy wires offer users the flexibility to adjust and bend according to the user’s preference. Weighing about 9.6 grams, Xiaomi Open Earphones feature incorporated soft, skin-friendly silicone for the ear tips for a comfortable fit.

Audio and Certification

Equipped with custom 17 x 12mm drivers and DLC diaphragms, Xiaomi Open Earphones deliver audio up to 96kHz, thanks to support for the LHDC high-end codec. Furthermore, these headphones boast Hi-Res Audio Wireless Gold Label certification and hold dual certification by QQ Music Zhenpin Mastering and Zhenpin Space Audio.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi also introduced a new anti-leakage system certified by the China Institute of Metrology. Combining traditional and Φ 10mm sound units, it emits reverse-phase sound waves, reducing sound leakage during calls.
