Acer smartphones launching soon in India with two models

Acer, the company primarily know for laptops is now making a comeback in the smartphone market under the Acerpure brand, focusing on India. While there is no official launch date yet, two upcoming models have surfaced online. This article will discuss more about the upcoming Acerero Liquid S162E4, including its availability.

Acerone Liquid S162E4 and Liquid S272E4 Overview

Display and Design

The Acerone Liquid S162E4 features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a waterdrop notch and a thick bottom bezel. Similarly, the Acerone Liquid S272E4 has a larger 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display with Gorilla Glass 5. It shares the same notch and bezel design as the S162E4.  The Liquid S162E4 measures 165.4 × 76.9 × 8.95 mm and weighs 179g while being available in Light Blue. While the S272E4 measures 171 × 78.6 × 8.9 mm and weighs 200g. It will comes in Dark Blue.

Performance and Software

The phone runs on the MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It comes with Android 14 out of the box. Similarly, Liquid S272E4 uses the MediaTek Helio G36 processor, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It also runs Android 14.

Cameras and Battery

The Liquid S162E4 includes a dual-camera setup with a 16MP primary sensor and a 0.08MP secondary lens. The front camera is 5MP. It has a 5,000mAh battery. Meanwhile, the rear cameras of Liquid S272E4 include a 20MP primary sensor and a 0.3MP secondary lens. The front camera is 5MP. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery.

Acerone Liquid S162E4 / S272E4 Availability and Pricing

Both models are expected to be budget-friendly; however, as of now, the exact pricing for these models has not been disclosed.
