Apple TV 4K updated with an improved Siri Remote, A12 processor

Alongside the new iMac, iPad Pro, and the AirTag, Apple also updated the Apple TV 4K. Compared to the 2017 version, this one brings a few upgrades including the A12 processor. Let's learn more about the Apple TV 4K (2021) including its specs, features, expected price in Nepal, etc.

Apple TV 4K (2021) Overview:

Like I mentioned earlier, the latest Apple TV 4K comes with the A12 Bionic and an upgraded Siri remote. The inclusion of the A12 chip offers a major improvement in graphics output, video encoding, and audio processing. This streaming box also supports HDR videos at 60 frames per second as well as Dolby Vision for improved picture quality. Apple also mentioned that they are collaborating with leading content providers including NBCUniversal and Fox Sports where they will continue to stream high frame rate content in HDR.

2021's Apple TV 4K can work with the iPhone to increase picture quality. It compares the color balance to industry-standard specifications using the iPhone's light sensor. With the gathered data, it can automatically customize your TV's video quality to provide more realistic colors and better contrast, all without having to change any settings on the TV. Another notable upgrade lies in the Siri remote. It has been entirely redesigned adding a new clickpad control with five-way navigation. Users can also access the "jog" button by swiping their finger around the outer ring of the clickpad, which is useful for locating a certain scene in a movie or show.
