Google Pixel Watch 3 Slimmer Bezels, Same Chip, and a Blazing 2,000 Nits Display!

After the massive success of the Google Pixel Watch 2, the Google Pixel Watch 3 is all set to make its debut in the market with some refinement by addressing the existing issues. The watch will likely feature the same chip, smaller bezels, and a brighter 2,000-nit display.

What We Know About the Pixel Watch 3

Rumours suggest that the Pixel Watch 3 will come in two sizes: 41 mm (Selene/Helios) and 45 mm (Luna/Sol). Both of them will feature Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology for improved connectivity. Android Authority confirms that this watch will use the same Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 chipset as last year’s model, ensuring continued high performance.

A major upgrade for the Pixel Watch 3 is its brighter 2,000 nits display, which doubles the brightness of the Pixel Watch 2 and matches the Apple Watch Series 9. The bezels are also getting slimmer, reducing from 5.5 mm to 4.5 mm for a sleeker look. Talking about the display, the 41 mm model will have a 408 x 408p panel, while the 45 mm model will feature a 456 x 456 pixels screen. Design-wise, the Pixel Watch 3 will keep a similar look to the Pixel Watch 2 but some new colours: silver, black, gold (41 mm), and hazel (45 mm). Additionally, a new Rose Quartz band will be available to complement the Pixel 9. So this new watch is all set to deliver a brighter display, slimmer bezels, and fresh colour options.
