Honor 500 Series wasn't the only thing the Chinese company had launched yesterday night as they also revealed a budget earbud namely, Honor Earbuds S. Design and Build

The Honor Earbuds S has a fairly simple look and a very minimalistic design. They weigh 5.3 grams per earbud and come in a curved ergonomic design.  For duratibility, the Honor Earbuds S gets a IP54 dust and splash resistance rating.

Similarly, the controls you will find these devices are touch-sensitive, which you to play/pause music, answer calls, and switch between ANC modes. In addition, it comes in Blue, Pink, and White colors.

These earbuds surprisingly provide up to 9.5 hours of playback with ANC off. The charging case increases total playback time to 42.5 hours. And by the way, they also support fast charging: a 10-minute charge gives around 3 hours of playback.

Connectivity and Smart Features

The handy features I mentioned earlier are definitely these two. First, whenever you open the case, the earbuds automatically pair with compatible Honor smartphones, and a pop-up shows the battery level and connection status. The second, which I found even more interesting, is that through the Honor AI Space App, you can manage multiple Honor devices and locate your earbuds using a ring alert.
