Honor has officially announced the new Magic8 Lite as the successor to last year’s Magic7 Lite. It is technically part of the Magic8 Series, which were recently launched globally, but yet it doesn't resemble a shred of either of those phones. However, It brings a large battery, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip,s and a bright OLED display. Display and Design
The Magic8 Lite features a 6.79-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 6,000-nit peak brightness. And in design terms, Honor has also given it strong durability. It features IP66, IP68, and IP69K protection along with drop resistance up to 2.5 meters. Similarly, the phone comes in Forest Green, Midnight Black, and Reddish Brown.
Performance and Software
Honor powers the Magic8 Lite with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset paired with 8GB RAM. The chipset is Qualcomm's midrange offering, and its actually an upgrade from its predecessor, which featured the SD 6 Gen 1. Plus, you can choose between 256GB or 512GB of storage. On the software side, it runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.

Camera and Battery
The camera side is particularly basic. Although the phone includes a 108MP main camera and a 5MP ultra-wide lens, the high megapixel alone doesn't describe its function. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera. For battery, the Magic8 Lite packs quite a large 7,500mAh cell with support for 66W wired charging.
