Alongside the Honor 600 series, Honor has also extended its tablet lineup with a new MagicPad3 Pro. While the MagicPad 3 Pro was debuted last year, this time they have introduced a smaller and lighter version of the same model, with a major difference in the display, moving from an IPS LCD panel to an OLED panel. So in this article, I will discuss everything you need to know about the Honor MagicPad3 12", including its specifications, features, availability, and expected price in Nepal.

      Honor MagicPad3 Pro (12.3” 2026) Overview:

      Design and Display

Starting with design, the Honor MagicPad3 Pro 12.3” looks similar to the older 13-inch model, with a premium metal unibody giving you a durable and professional aesthetic. It is designed ultra-thin, measuring just 4.82mm thin, and weighs around 450g, making it thin, light, and highly portable compared to the 13-inch model. The Honor MagicPad3 Pro is available in two color options: Starry Gray and Moon Shadow White (also known as Moonlit White).

Moving on to the display, the Honor MagicPad3 Pro 12.3”, as the name suggests, features a 12.3-inch OLED panel with 3000 x 1920 pixels of resolution and up to 165Hz adaptive refresh rate for smooth usage. The screen can reach up to 3000 nits of peak brightness, which is a big jump from the IPS display reaching 1100 nits of brightness on the older 13-inch version.

Its bezels are slim at 3.9mm, and for comfortable viewing, the display also supports 5280Hz PWM dimming. Because the tablet has an OLED display, it offers deeper blacks and better contrast, making it ideal for content creation where color accuracy is required.

      Performance and Software

In terms of performance, the Honor MagicPad3 Pro 12.3” is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip. Thanks to the high-performance processor, you should not have a problem with multitasking, content creation, and everyday use. The Pad configures up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, which is decent for a longer run. However, all configurations are limited to Wi-Fi connectivity, similarly to the 13-inch version.

      Snapdragon 8 Gen 5

On the software side, the Honor MagicPad3 Pro 12.3” runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16 and features an advanced, dedicated PC mode offering a desktop environment with multi-window support. You can expect three major updates and four years of security patches.

      Camera and Battery

Talking about the camera, the Honor MagicPad3 Pro comes with the same 13MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 2MP macro lens on the back. The back camera supports video recording up to 4K resolution at 30fps, and for the front, you get a 9MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

For the battery, because the new model is slim, Honor has compromised on battery capacity. The Honor MagicPad3 Pro 12” packs a 10,100mAh battery paired with 66W wired charging and 27W revers wire charging. While it is a downgrade, the battery life is still decent for all-day normal use, but heavy users might feel a little disappointed.
