Honor has revealed the Watch X5 in China. It comes with an AMOLED display, upgraded outdoor sensors, and a long battery rating. To get into further details, let’s jump in this article, where I will discuss everything about the latest Honor Watch X5, including its rumours, specifications, and availability.
Honor Watch X5 Overview
Display and Design

Honor has kept things really simple here. The Watch X5 uses a 1.97-inch AMOLED panel with rounded corners and a slim 1.8 mm bezel. The screen covers 82% of the front, runs at 60 Hz, and supports Always-On Display. It’s topped with 2.5D glass and the body uses an aluminum alloy, weighs just 29 grams, and measures 9.99 mm in thickness. Moreover, you get a stainless-steel rotating crown and quick-release silicone straps.
Outdoor and Tracking Tools
This guy leans harder into outdoor tracking than previous Honor watches. It carries an upgraded barometer, a compass, and an independent GPS. The GPS module talks to five satellite systems: BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS. You can record routes and check real-time environmental data while hiking or moving around. It’s rated 5 ATM and IP68, so rain, dust, or a swim won’t really bother it.

Health and Fitness Features
Since this is a regular budget smartwatch, you’re getting the usual package that one could get in most smartwatches these days. The usual 24/7 heart-rate and blood oxygen monitoring, sleep analysis, women’s health tracking, and one-click health checks. But the interesting part is the AI-based weight-loss program. Honor says it partnered with universities to shape it. It gives adaptive feedback and progress assessments rather than generic advice. There are also 120+ sports modes tucked in.
Smart Features and Battery

It handles two-way Bluetooth calling, NFC offline payments, shutter control, music control, SOS calls, and even mini-games. Similarly, battery life goes up to 14 days on normal use, or about 5 days if you keep Always-On Display enabled.
