HP OmniBook X Flip 14 has arrived in Nepal with both Intel and AMD CPUs!

HP's OmniBook X laptops are made from recycled metals and post-consumer recycled plastics. Including this guy. The OmniBook X Flip 14 features a robust 360° hinge that lets you use it in four versatile modes: laptop, tablet, tent, and stand mode.

Up front, it brings a 14-inch IPS touchscreen with a WUXGA (1920 × 1200) resolution and an edge-to-edge glass design. HP even says this display has an impressive 89.6% screen-to-body ratio. Other than this, it has 400 nits of peak brightness, and it's also protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass against scratches.

Performance and storage

Regarding performance, we have two chips from AMD and Intel, each focused on AI and productivity. First, we have the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 CPU, which features 8 cores, 16 threads, and a 5 GHz boost clock. This processor also comes with a dedicated NPU named “AMD Ryzen AI”, which comes with 66 TOPS. Next, we have the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V, which features 8 cores, 8 threads, and a 4.8 GHz boost clock, and includes a dedicated NPU with47 TOPS.

Other than this, the OmniBook X Flip 14 is powered by a decent 59Wh battery. Which should last you through an entire workday just fine. And when you need to fill it back up again, HP's Fast Charge feature gives you 50% battery after plugging it in for just 30 minutes.

Its port selection is also pretty good. There are a couple of USB-C ports (including one Thunderbolt 4), two USB-A, one HDMI 2.1, and one 3.5mm audio jack. Additionally, it supports WiFi 6E as well as Bluetooth 5.3 wireless connectivity. Moreover, the OmniBook X Flip 14 gets a 5MP IR camera with a privacy shutter for video calls. There is also this “HP AI companion” thing, which can analyze your selected files, get device support, and more.
