Huawei has finally launched the Watch GT 3 in Nepal. The watch originally debuted in China back in June of last year and was made available to the European consumer in October. It is finally available in Nepal. So, let’s walk through the specs, features, availability, and official price of the Huawei Watch GT 3 in Nepal.

Huawei Watch GT 3 Overview:

Design and Display

The Watch GT 3 boasts a circular face like the past GT watches and comes in two different sizes—42mm and 46mm. The latter flaunts a 1.43-inch display while the former has a 1.32-inch screen. Yet, they both have an AMOLED panel with 466 x 466 pixels resolution.

Similarly, the GT 3 is available in an Active edition with a black casing and strap. On top of this, there are also the Classic and Elite editions for the 46mm, as well as an Elegant variant with Milanese and leather strap for the 42mm. These smartwatches are 5ATM rated for water resistance (up to 50 meters deep for 10 minutes max) too.

Features

Moving on, the Watch GT 3 is equipped with Huawei’s fifth-gen TruSeen optical sensor that features twice as many light receivers, and an updated algorithm for better light detection. This sensor can track your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation (all daySpO2), over 100 workout modes, sleep, and more. Other sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic, barometer, dual-band 5-system GNSS, and a temperature sensor.

Furthermore, the watch has a new feature called the “Healthy Living Shamrock” which works similarly to Apple Watch’s Activity Ring. It gives you daily challenges for exercise, sleep, and walking, and the Shamrock leaf icon fills throughout the day to represent those factors.

Rest of the specs

Besides that, the Watch GT 3 is powered by an ARM Cortex-M processor coupled with 32MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage. On the software front, it runs on HarmonyOS 2.1 and is compatible with devices running on HarmonyOS 2 / Android 6 / iOS 9 or later. It also has a built-in assistant and a microphone and speaker for Bluetooth calling.

In terms of battery, Huawei claims that the 46mm variant can provide up to 14 days of juice while the 42mm model can go only up to 7 days. The watch also supports wireless charging.
