Under the hood, the Infinix Note 40 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate chipset, while the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G is powered by Dimensity 7020 chipet. The octa-core CPU for G99 ultimate compromises  of 2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 and 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 cores. While the CPU in the dimensitiy 7020 is compromised of  2x 2.2 GHz – Cortex-A78 and 6x 2 GHz  Cortex-A55, ensures smooth multitasking and responsive performance than the former. Running on Android 14 with XOS 14, users can expect a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Cameras and Storage 

The device features an impressive camera setup, including a 108 MP OIS rear camera with Lossless 3X zoom, accompanied by a 2MP + 2MP camera unit. On the front, users can capture stunning selfies with the 32 MP selfie camera. With 256GB of internal storage and options for either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, the Infinix Note 40 Pro offers ample space for storing photos, videos, and apps.

Additionally, the Note 40 Pro series introduced the company’s first-ever self-developed design for optimal battery management. It uses WLCSP tech ( Water level chip scale packaging ), according to Infinix this new chip delivers exceptional efficiency surpassing traditional chips by 204% compared to traditional QFN packaging. So what does that imply? Well, the reduced size of the chip enables electrical data to travel shorter distances within the phone, minimizing heating issues and increasing performance.
