iQOO Neo 10 Series Rumour Round-up

All the information we know so far about the iQOO Neo 10 series is the courtesy of Digital Chat Station. They revealed some key details about both the phones.

The same strategy

Firstly, DCS mentions that iQOO is not changing its strategy with the upcoming Neo 10 series. The lineup will continue to have a base model and a “Pro” model. Looking back at the iQOO Neo 9 series, both phones had the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. However, this time around the phone will be rocking different chipsets.

MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Rumors

The tipster mentions the use of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and MediaTek Dimensity 9400. The former will likely be the choice for the iQOO Neo 10. Meanwhile, the latter silicon will be reserved for the Pro model.

Display

While the processor surely is the highlight of Digital Chat Station’s Weibo post, they also revealed some other key information. Starting with the build of the iQOO Neo 10 series. As per them, these phones will continue to carry plastic frames as what we saw in their predecessor.

Similarly, the display is expected to be flat stretching 6.78-inch diagonally, and have a 1.5K resolution with minimal bezels and a 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the tipster mentions enhanced eye protection which could mean better PWM dimming as well as certification from various associations.

Camera

In terms of optics, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro will sport a dual 50MP + 50MP camera setup with a main 1/1.56-inch primary lens and a 16MP front snapper. On the other hand, the Neo 10 will carry a 50MP main camera + 8MP ultrawide angle unit.

Battery, Charging, and Others

A 6,000mAh battery is speculated for the nonpro model while the Pro model might get a bigger battery than that. Meanwhile, the charging speed will likely be 120W for both models. Other leaked info includes an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint reader from Goodix for the Neo 10 Pro and an optical fingerprint scanner for the vanilla Neo 10.
