The Kick Buds S2 Pro earbuds have been revealed with key features such as hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), long battery life, and customizable sound settings. These earbuds are designed for those who prioritize noise reduction and extended usage time. Design and Build

The Kick Buds S2 Pro comes with a round charging case that has a smooth metallic finish. The earbuds themselves have a plastic build with a matte exterior and glossy interior. They are IPX5 splash-resistant, making them suitable for light outdoor use. The case includes a USB Type-C port, and both earbuds feature touch controls.

Audio Features

The earbuds are equipped with 13mm BoomX drivers, which provide a bass-focused sound. Users can activate Spatial Audio mode by quadruple-tapping the right earbud. Additionally, the earbuds allow for customizable EQ settings, offering presets like Natural, Rock, Pop, Classical, Jazz, and Country.

Meanwhile, the Kick Buds S2 Pro features a hybrid ANC, capable of reducing up to 50dB of external noise. The earbuds also include a Transparency mode, which lets ambient sound in. ANC can be toggled on, off, or set to Transparency mode.

Microphones and Call Quality

For calls, the earbuds come with three microphones and wind noise reduction technology. The microphones help reduce background noise, providing decent call quality in most conditions.

These earbuds support Bluetooth 5.4 and come with SBC and AAC codecs. Users can connect to two devices at the same time, but the earbuds do not support Google Fast Pair or in-ear detection. Additionally, the touch controls can be customized via the Boult Amp app.

The Kick Buds S2 Pro offers up to 50 hours of total battery life when used with the charging case (without ANC). With ANC on, users can expect approximately 6 hours of playback time and 4 hours of call time. The case takes about 2 hours to fully charge, while the earbuds take about 1 hour. Fast charging is also supported, offering 2 hours of playback with just a 10-minute charge.
