
Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has launched the second iteration of Android One phone. The Lava Pixel V1 offers major upgrades in the design and hardware specs compared to the first gen Android one phones. However, it is priced higher at INR. 11,349 (NPR. 18,158).
Lava Pixel V1 comes with an edge-to-edge 5.5-inch 720p display with Asahi Dragon Trail protection, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (MT6582 Chipset), 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded via the microSD card slot up to 32GB.

The phone sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. In terms of Connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G dual-SIM connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The phone has a 2650 mAh battery.
In terms of software, Lava Pixel V1 comes with stock Android 5.1.1, and should be upgraded to Android M. It measures 152.1 x 76.3 x 8.5mm and weighs 135gms.
