The Razr Fold wasn't the only thing Motorola revealed yesterday. They also refreshed their tracker lineup with the Moto Tag 2. This small update brings some big changes to how long it lasts and how it handles tracking on the Google Find Hub network. This article will discuss everything about the latest Moto Tag 2, including its price in Nepal, specifications, and availability. Let's dive!
Moto Tag 2 Overview
Design and Durability

The Moto Tag 2 looks almost identical to the first version. It has that small, circular shape that fits into standard tracker accessories. It’s made of a mix of plastic and metal. One of the main upgrades here is the durability rating. It’s now rated IP68, so it can handle being underwater up to 1.5 meters for about half an hour.

Tracking and Connectivity
The big news is the jump to Bluetooth 6.0. This includes a feature called Channel Sounding, which is supposed to make distance tracking much more accurate than before. It also still has Ultra-Wideband (UWB) for that "precision finding" when you're close to your keys. But Motorola has limited the Bluetooth features to phones that only run Android 16 to work.
Battery and Smart Features
Here Motorola has managed to push the battery life to over 500 days.
Moto Tag 2 Price in Nepal and Availability
The Moto Tag 2 was announced at CES 2026 with a global price expected to be around USD 30.
