Redmi Note 15 5G Price in Nepal

Xiaomi has launched its Redmi Note 15 5G in Nepal. The “Redmi Note” series has been Xiaomi's best-selling lineup of smartphones for years, and the Note 15 5G looks to add to the momentum with some minor upgrades here and there. In this article, we discuss the latest Redmi Note 15 5G, including its official price in Nepal, specifications, and availability.

      Redmi Note 15 5G Overview

      Display and Design

Starting with the design, this year the Redmi Note 15 series gets the same blueprint: a curved body and a square camera module. In terms of durability, it has official IP65 and IP66 dust/splash resistance, and Xiaomi even says it should survive up to 1.7-meter drops without any damage. Measuring 7.35mm thick and weighing just 178 grams, the Note 15 5G is pretty sleek and lightweight as well.

The display, here, is a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED panel with 12-bit colors. It boasts 3,200 nits of peak brightness for HDR content as well, while the typical brightness tops out at just 800 nits.

The panel also supports a fast 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and an optical in-display fingerprint reader. Likewise, it supports 3,840Hz PWM dimming for this screen, alongside TÜV Rheinland's eye-care certification for comfortable use at night. Whereas it's got a stereo speaker setup with an interesting 300% volume boost feature.

      Performance and Software

This time, Redmi has chosen Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, built on a 4nm process. This brings a considerable performance upgrade over MediaTek chips that Xiaomi went with on both the Redmi Note 14 5G (review) and the Redmi Note 13 5G (review).

And Xiaomi has paired it with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, while also leaving room for a microSD card in case you'd wanna add more. In terms of software, the all-new Redmi Note 15 5G ships with Xiaomi's HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Instead of the Android 16-based HyperOS 3.

      Camera and Battery

As I mentioned before, the Redmi Note 15 5G now features a camera design similar to its "Pro" siblings. It includes an 108MP shooter, while the Chinese variant has a 50MP Light Hunter 400 main shooter. Xiaomi has also thankfully kept the 8MP ultrawide sensor, alongside a 20MP selfie-snapper.

      Redmi Note 15 Camera

As for the battery, the Redmi Note 15 5G features a 5,520 mAh capacity. Which is roughly 8% larger compared to the 5,110 mAh battery on the Redmi Note 14 5G. It supports the same 45W wired charging speed.
