Motorola is currently working on its fourth clamshell foldable phone, the Motorola Razr 2023. Some recent rumors suggest the company is also working on launching a “Lite” version of the Razr 2023. In this article, we’ll learn more about the Motorola Razr Lite and all the rumors surrounding it.
Motorola Razr Lite Overview
MySmartPrice, in collaboration with OnLeaks, has leaked some renders of Motorola’s upcoming affordable. According to rumors, the standard Motorola Razr 2023 will be the “Lite” model, while the premium foldable will be known as the “Razr Plus” instead.
Design and Display
As seen from the leaked renders, Razr Lite 2023’s main display will have relatively thin bezels and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera.

But more importantly, it will have a significantly smaller cover display than Motorola’s past foldables. So it could be useful for a limited number of tasks only, such as displaying time, notifications, or incoming calls. In fact, the Razr Lite 2023 is expected to have a smaller cover display than that of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Motorola Razr Lite Price and Availability
Motorola will be unveiling the Razr Plus 2023 alongside the Razr Lite 2023 later this year. However, there are no pricing leaks as of now. But since the Razr Lite is expected to be Motorola’s most affordable clamshell phone, it could cost significantly less than Razr 2022‘s asking price of EUR 1,199.
