While hours of power outages in Nepal are now a thing of the past, we still suffer from short power cuts occasionally. When that happens, we tend to struggle to pass the time. This is why MyPower brings its first-ever mini UPS (router backup) MPS404 so that you never have to be away from your favourite pastime — the internet.
MyPower MPS404 Mini UPS Overview
Design
This router backup looks pretty much like a standard power bank. It is mostly white while its top is orange. It has the company logo on the bottom half and grooves on the top half.
The MyPower MPS404 has a decent selection of ports. It includes three DC ports in total two of which are dedicated to output. Likewise, it is also equipped with one USB-A. Other than that, it has LEDs serving as a battery indicator and a power button.

Features
This mini UPS can power anything that works with DC input such as internet routers, TV setup boxes, CCTV cameras, attendance systems, and so on. Furthermore, it provides two different voltages from its DC ports i.e. 9V and 12V.
Similarly, the MyPower MPS404 router backup doubles down as a power bank too — thanks to its USB port. However, it is not capable of fast charging your phone as the USB is capped at just 10W of output. To power everything, it packs an 8,000 mAh battery inside. The battery isn’t jaw-droppingly large or anything, but it should power your router over six hours easily.
