Design, Display
Starting off with the design, the Realme 9 brings a new "Ripple Holographic Design" that consists of 6 nano layers of films stacked on top of each other. This is complemented by "UV-nano Imprinting" which helps to create custom 3D ripple effects.
Performance
The device is powered by the new Snapdragon 680 4G chipset which was also present on the company's own 9i. The company offers up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. Also, the phone comes pre-installed with the latest version of Realme's custom skin, that is Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12 out of the box.

In terms of cameras, the Realme 9 is the world's first phone to boast Samsung’s 108MP ISOCELL HM6 sensor. By default, this new camera sensor employs9-in-1 pixel binning to produce 12MP images. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there is a 13MP camera sensor on the front.
