Design

The Tab S7 FE has a premium design—thanks to the all-metal body—while it looks quite modern with a boxy design and squared-off edges. In terms of weight and thickness, the device weighs 608 grams and measures 6.3mm. Furthermore, all of the buttons are located on the top-right frame, while the hybrid SIM tray is positioned below it. The Galaxy Tab S7 FE is available in four color options—Mystic Black, Mystic Silver, Mystic Green, and Mystic Pink.

Display

Over on the display, Samsung has installed a big 12.4” screen here. However, this is a TFT screen which means things don’t look nearly as vibrant as they would on an OLED display. Yet, the screen boasts a 2560×1600 WQXGA resolution and a 243 PPI pixel density making the content look fairly sharp.

Performance

Getting into the performance, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G Chipset. It is an octa-core chipset built on an 8nm manufacturing node with two Cortex-A77 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 1.8GHz, respectively.

Moreover, the base variant of the device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There is also a 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage. You can also use a MicroSD card to increase storage capacity up to 1TB.

Audio

In terms of audio, Samsung has fitted in dual speakers on the Tab S7 FE. These speakers are tuned by AKG, and support Dolby Atmos for an immersive listening experience.

Battery

Moving on, you get a large 10,090mAh cell that readily powers the screen for a day or two. Likewise, the Tab S7 FE supports 45W fast charging. However, Samsung provides a just 15W charger in the box, which takes about 3 hours to completely charge the tablet.

Others

Getting into the cameras, here you get a single 8MP camera on the rear and a 5MP sensor on the front for selfies and video calls. The tablet runs on Android 11 with Samsung's One UI 3.1 on top. Similarly, biometric options include Face unlock. For added productivity, Samsung also offers a Keyboard Folio that magnetically attaches to the side.
