Alongside the anticipated GT 2 series of smartphones, Realme also launched the Realme Book Enhanced Edition laptop in China. It’s an upgrade to the original Realme Book Slim—which was the company’s first laptop—and features improved hardware. To begin with, it sports the same design as the original Realme Book Slim. It has a metallic body, mirror brand logo, and backlit keyboard with a 1.3mm key travel distance. Performance

Under the hood, the Enhanced Edition is powered by an 11th gen Intel Core i5-11320H processor. Compared to the i5-1135G7 on the first-gen Realme laptop, the new CPU comes with increased TDP (35W, up from 28W) and higher clock speeds.

According to Realme, the CPU’s multi-core performance has grown by 21.8%, while single-thread performance has increased by 9.6%. Similarly, it brings an improved dual-fan cooling system that dissipates 32.7% more heat than the previous generation.

Over on to the memory, it’s packed with 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD storage. The laptop boots on Windows 11 and you also get the Microsoft Office suite preinstalled here.

In terms of battery, the Realme Book Enhanced Edition is stuffed with a 54Wh cell which supports 65W charging via a USB-C port. You can even use a 30W Dart charger that Realme ships with its mid-range smartphones to fuel up this laptop.
